USTOA has named OpenDoor Resources, LLC of Orlando, Florida to conduct a nationwide search for an executive director to head the association. The new position will fill the vacancy left when longtime President Bob Whitley passed away last May.

Bob Whitley left an important legacy and an indelible imprint
on the association. The new executive director will work with us
to continue USTOA’s missions of setting high standards for
integrity in tourism and furthering the interests of its members
through government advocacy, education, benefits and networking.
This is still a very emotional time for USTOA and its
members. We plan on conducting this search in as dignified and
