USTOA Annual Conference and Marketplace
The 2010 USTOA Annual Conference & Marketplace will take place December 10-12 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, LA. All activities, both social and professional, are planned to give Supplier Members plenty of opportunities to meet with some of America's most respected and renowned tour operators.

Attendance Requirements

The conference is open only to delegates from Active Member and Supplier Member (Allied and Associate) companies of USTOA. Your company must be a current member of USTOA and annual dues paid for 2010 in order to attend.

If you are a member you first need to sign into Members Room to gain access to the secured online registration page and find more details about the conference. This information will be available in July, 2010.

If you are not a member, click "How to Join USTOA" to find out more information on our membership. If you plan to attend this year's conference, membership applications and dues paid in full must be received by October 15, 2010.

Registration Fees

The conference registration fee is $1,075 (USD) per working delegate and $375 (USD) per spouse for Supplier (Allied and Associate) Members. USTOA is offering a discounted registration fee of $875 per person if you book your hotel room at the Sheraton New Orleans under the USTOA group rate of $149 per night plus taxes. Online registration opened on July 19, 2010 and an email was sent out to all current Members. The registration deadline date is Monday, November 1, 2010.

Marketplace

The Marketplace provides a unique forum for the Supplier Members to meet with top executives of USTOA's Tour Operator Members on a one-to-one, buy-and-sell basis. It is not a tradeshow with exhibit booths but one-on-one pre-scheduled appointments. Once you register and pay, you will receive information on how to make pre-scheduled appointments. All scheduled appointment are 12 minutes each.
