
The 2012 USTOA Annual Conference & Marketplace will take place December 6-8 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village in Big Island, Hawaii. All activities, both social and professional, are planned to give Associate Members plenty of opportunities to meet with some of America's most respected and renowned tour operators.
Attendance Requirements
The conference is open only to delegates from Active Member and Associate Member companies of USTOA. Your company must be a current member of USTOA and annual dues paid for 2012 in order to attend.
USTOA MEMBERS: you first need to sign into MEMBERS ROOM to gain access to the secured online registration page and find more details about the conference. This information will be available in July, 2012.
If you are not a member, click "How to Join USTOA" to find out more information on our membership. If you plan to attend this year's conference, membership applications and dues paid in full must be received by October 15, 2012.
Registration Fees
The conference registration fee is $875.00 (USD) per working delegate and $375.00 (USD) per spouse for Associate Members. Registration fees are subject to change before registration opens in July 2012. The conference registration fee does not include hotel accommodations or transportation arrangements.
Marketplace
The Marketplace provides a unique forum for the Associate Members to meet with top executives of USTOA's Tour Operator Members on a one-to-one, buy-and-sell basis. It is not a tradeshow with exhibit booths but one-on-one pre-scheduled appointments. Once you register and pay, you will receive information on how to make pre-scheduled appointments. All scheduled appointments are 12 minutes each.

Hilton Waikola Village
The Hilton Waikola Village is offering our attendees a group rate of $189.00 USD per night (plus 14% tax). The closest airport to the hotel is Kona International Airport (KOA). The estimated ride time is 30 minutes to the hotel each way. Information on transportation services will be provided when conference registration opens in July.
