DEADLINES

Registration
Deadline date for Registration is Monday, November 3, 2008 at 5:00pm EST.

Marketplace
All Marketplace requests must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST on Thursday, November 6, 2008. Please note you will receive your appointment schedule printout at the USTOA Registration Desk. Printouts will not be given out prior to the conference.

We ask that you please research and review the companies' markets and destinations before making your marketplace selections. This will save time for everyone during marketplace. Click here to download profiles of the Active Members available for Marketplace appointments.

We cannot accept any appointment requests after November 6 ; however, you may meet Active Members at the Marketplace Mating Session on Wednesday, December 3 between 4:30 pm and 5:15 pm and request Marketplace appointments at that time.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

All delegates registering online will receive e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. If you do NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact USTOA to ensure your registration has been processed by emailing conference@ustoa.com.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received in writing. Individuals cancelling on or before 5:00pm EST, November 3, 2008, will be entitled to a full refund of conference registration fees. Cancellations received on or after November 4, 2008 will be subject to a $100 service fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 17, 2008. USTOA will issue checks for refunds after the conference has concluded.
