SUPPLIER MEMBER OF USTOA MEMBERSHIP

In addition to its Active Member tour operators, USTOA provides for and welcomes Supplier (Associate and Allied) Members into its membership. This invitation is extended to responsible industry and governmental entities and organizations whose interests and purposes are compatible with those of USTOA... to encourage and support professional and financial integrity in tourism and in the future of the travel industry.

USTOA's programs, meetings, communications and services are devised and devoted to an exchange of ideas, facilitation and development of travel on a worldwide basis and to defining and advancing objectives of mutual interest and benefit.

Associate Membership

Associate Membership is offered to common carriers, head offices of organizations, associations and multiple locations of suppliers of tour products and services, government agencies and others interested in developing travel but not directly serving tour passengers. Current Associate Member categories are: Airlines, Car Rental, Cruise Lines, Hotel and Restaurant Groups, Tourist Organizations and Trade Associations.

Allied Membership

Allied Membership is available on a single location basis to suppliers (other than common carriers) directly serving travelers on tour itineraries, the trade press and certain other communications and promotional entities. Current Allied Member categories are: Advertising and Public Relations, Airport Authorities, Attractions, Cruise Operators, Financial Services, Ground Operators/Services, Hotel/Resort/Restaurant (single location), Legal Services, Insurance/Medical Assistance, Marketing and Travel Related Services, Media, Museums, Technology and Reservations Systems, Trade Shows and Visa and Passport Services.

USTOA Annual Conference & Marketplace

An Annual Conference and Marketplace enables Supplier (Associate and Allied) Members to meet with top executives from the Active Member tour operators on a one-to-one, buy-and-sell basis. Marketplace is not a trade show and does not include exhibits.

An additional fee is required to attend the Annual Conference, which must be paid along with annual dues by the registration deadline in order to attend the Conference and be listed in the Delegate Registry.

USTOA Annual Directory

USTOA publishes an annual membership publication: USTOA Annual Directory, for the travel trade. Travel Weekly produces the guide and distributes it with its issue in early January.

In order to be listed in the USTOA Annual Directory, your membership application and payment of annual dues must be received on or about October 15.

USTOA Logo Use

Supplier (Associate and Allied) Members of USTOA do not carry the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistant Program logo on their brochures or websites; only USTOA Active Members, who do participate in that plan, do so. You will receive a Supplier Member of USTOA logo that may be used on your website, stationery and business cards.

Annual Dues

Associate Membership Annual Dues: $750.00

Allied Membership Annual Dues: $350.00

Dues are paid in full the year you join and are pro-rated the following year (i.e., if this year you joined in June and paid the full amount, next year you would receive a credit for the five months you were not a member).
